Raise Your Hand
Once you fill out the application we will have a quick interview to understand your investment goals. After that, you will be on our investor’s list. Look out for email notifications when new deals and opportunities become available. If you see something that interests you, submit the soft reserve which saves your spot in line.
Receive a PPM
Once you express interest in the deal you will get sent a Private Placement Memorandum (PPM). This is a document that lays out every single piece of information about the property and business associated with it. Here is where you can make an educated decision on if it is right for you.
Send and Close!
If you are ready to move forward you sign the PPM and send the funds. Your responsibilities end once the deal closes. Now you get to enjoy your percentage of profits and true passive income.
